If you do not want to get married but still want to celebrate your love, a party is a great idea. More and more people are choosing to honor their love without officially tying the knot. If this sounds like you, consider our “Love Celebration.”

Picture all your friends and family gathered in one spot, sharing love and joy. Imagine long tables with the fairy lights, delicious food, excellent wines, and fantastic music.

We will make your idea a reality! 

  • Kick-off session: a questionnaire to identify your wishes
  • Moodboard: The creation of a moodboard to visualise the style of your day
  • Wedding Planning Guide: You will receive my planning tool where you can keep track of the details and where I keep everything well organised.
  • RSVP-website: The set-up of the RSVP-website where we keep track of your guest list, collect dietary requirements and communicate details such as the location, agenda, dresscode, accommodations etc.
  • Supplier search: Based on your preferences I will look for the perfect suppliers (2-3 quotations each category) and will benchmark in terms of prices and quality. In addition, I plan the visits for the suppliers and your tastings. Examples of suppliers to be sourced are for instance:
    • Caterer
    • Photographer
    • Videographer
    • DJ
    • MUAH
    • Wedding officiant
    • Florist
    • Gitarist
    • Transportation (for your guests and yourself)
  • Contract Management: I will do the contractmanagement with the suppliers.
  • Budget management: I will keep track of the current payments that need to be done and will help you to stay within your budget.
  • Planning & Script + bad weather scenario (in case needed): A personalised script and planning of your day will be made and shared with all the stakeholders involved.
  • Contact person: I am the contact person for all of your wedding suppliers and guests.
  • Master of Ceremonies: I will be present at your wedding to coordinate your entire day. I will give the suppliers the right instructions, I will double check the set-up of every area, I will check the little details and will make sure your guests can ask me any question or need they have. On the day itself I will also make sure the breakdown of your wedding will happen properly.
