We recently gave a party to celebrate our 15 years together in the Penedes in Spain. Officially it was not a wedding but in many ways it looked like it. Also for the organisation, including venue search, selection of the caterer, hair and make-up, DJ, lights, flowers, etc.
Reeve did a wonderful job bringing this all together. It was party that was much more than we had hoped for.
Reeve is very calm and organised, has a good way of understanding your wishes and has a good network and connections to fulfil all aspects of a such a celebration. She has perfect digital, creative and organisational capabilities. She easily connects with everyone but is clear and strict when needed.
During the day itself she had everything perfectly under control and was a driving force and happy face all day long, behind the scenes but available whenever needed.
She truly made our celebration better than we could ever have imagined. A great memory for us, our friends and family.
We would definitely recommend her for a wedding or any other kind of celebration. Here in Spain or in The Netherlands.
Reeve did a spectacular job planning our April 2025 wedding! Coming from the US, it was important that our wedding planner was easy to communicate with, responsive, and experienced – Reeve was all these and more. She provided lots of great options for vendors and spoke to the professionalism of companies she had worked with in the past, which supported decision making from so far away. She listened to our “vision” and prioritized features of the wedding day that were most meaningful to us.
Day-of, Reeve and her assistant seamlessly ensured we remained on our timeline, spoke to and coordinated with vendors, and were supportive when minor issues arose with guests. We are so thankful for Vows of Joy, and know our day would not have been the same without Reeve’s bubbly personality and incredible professionalism. Thank you, Reeve!
If I could give Reeve 100 stars I would. Our day was beyond perfect and seamlessly executed because of her. At my side throughout the whole day, checking in and keeping me up to date on all the set up as I got ready. Aside from her beaming, lovely personality she has so much talent for bringing your vision to life.
We connected through social media and instantly I knew she was the girl I needed with me on my big day, it was just like talking to a friend I’ve known for years. She made planning a wedding abroad a breeze, answering of my questions and helping me with vendors.
I really had nothing to do the day of the wedding other than get married and enjoy the day.
Her attention to every detail and ensuring everything went to plan was beyond amazing.

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Reeve was an incredible help in organizing our wedding in Spain. Since we don’t live in Spain and don’t speak the language, having Reeve who speaks Spanish, English, and Dutch was the perfect match for us. She is a true go-getter and works with great attention to detail. From our very first contact, we instantly clicked.
Reeve has such a positive vibe and thinks everything through down to the finest details. She truly makes you feel like you can hand everything over to her, which is such a relief.
Throughout the entire planning process, she handled communication with all the vendors, making it easy for us to make decisions. She took care of everything from start to finish.
Most of our communication was via Google Meet and WhatsApp, and we also traveled to Barcelona twice to meet her in person. On our wedding day, she was there the entire day to make sure everything ran smoothly and to assist us wherever needed. We enjoyed our day to the fullest without a single moment of stress or worry everything was in perfect hands.
Reeve was the main point of contact for both our vendors and our guests, and we heard from many that they really appreciated working with her. Even after the wedding, she stayed in touch to wrap everything up. She truly gave us the most amazing wedding, and we have nothing but immense appreciation for her work.

Reeve truly is an absolute joy. We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator.
We loved her attention to detail and meticulous planning paired with her understanding of the Spanish way of working enabling her to be the perfect bridge between us and all our vendors.
We really appreciated that she was fully on our team and did everything in her power to give us the day we wanted, which included coralling our multiple vendors for both a fair weather and rainy day plan, especially difficult given the fluid weather changes and risk of rain. She was also super hands on on the day, moving furniture and speakers, bringing/getting stuff from our room, all while staying very calm and relaxed and always attentive to our needs. We had a seamless day, and we know how much work must have happened in the background for us to experience it this way!
Reeve was very knowledgable on all our questions (e.g., where do we buy sparklers in Spain?) and had worked with the venue and all the vendors previously which made everything very smooth.
Above all, we had a wonderful familiarity, comfort, and joy with Reeve from the beginning; she is always positive and kind and importantly shared her honest opinion when needed (e.g. to not do a first dance if we will be nervous about it during dinner). Cannot recommend working with her highly enough!

We are beyond lucky to have worked with Reeve to produce the wedding of our dreams! We were first introduced to her through our wonderful venue, and immediately hit it off (not to mention, we’re both tall, blonde Geminis 🙂). Planning a large wedding in Tarragona while living in Los Angeles could have been overwhelming, but Reeve made every worry disappear. She is calming, friendly, incredibly hardworking, and has such an amazing vision. She also helped us assemble the very best team of vendors.
When I came to Spain six months before the wedding for a food tasting with my dad (my husband was tied up with work), Reeve joined us for an all-day excursion and brought the most positive energy — it felt like spending the day with a close friend.
Any snafus that popped up during planning (which are hard to avoid!) were immediately handled by Reeve with grace. On the wedding day, she and her amazing team orchestrated everything seamlessly, coordinating vendors and guests so that my husband and I could be fully present and enjoy every moment. She even set aside a platter of food for us to share privately in our suite after the ceremony — such a thoughtful touch.

Reeve is an absolute must-have for your wedding! We booked her wedding coordinator services for the day itself, but she was also incredibly helpful, engaged, and always easy to reach during the preparations. She has extensive knowledge of the right vendors and can therefore connect you with the right people. Reeve is incredibly sweet, yet also completely in control and takes charge. Her assistant, Hanna, was also excellent. They even agreed to stay longer than planned to take care of everything for us. Truly amazing, and we received many compliments about Reeve (and Hanna) from our friends and family. My husband called them the best investment in our marriage.
Reeve and Hanna were amazing to work with for our recent wedding in Olivella, Spain. They made sure all of our planning was successfully executed on the day. Communication was excellent with vendors and ourselves which was especially helpful when planning a destination wedding.
